How DMC Does Business

Home Up Fee Structure

We always prefer to discuss a client's needs with company representatives and board members who will make the decisions.

On the basis of an initial "needs/opportunities" discussion with the client we usually propose developing a corporate strategy plan of action. Ideally, this should cover 12 months or longer, but it may be of shorter duration depending on the particular project. The plan will include an outline of proposed activities to be undertaken or discussed.

Du Marche believe that this initial analysis of needs and the proposal of a plan of action is one of the most vital phases of the strategic program development.

All agreements for work undertaken by Du Marche are the subject of confidentiality disclosures and Heads of Agreement between the respect parties.
