Richard Tinsley is the Visiting Lecturer for two courses in Africa's first Master in Development Finance ("MDevF") at the University of Stellenbosch's Business School/African Centre for Investment Analysis ("ACIA") just outside Cape Town, South Africa. 

• Project Finance is one of the six (6) core MDevF courses.
• Infrastructure Finance elective will be offered for the first time in 2005.
